Anita has created a new body of work celebrating Wangaratta, Jazz and Blues. Linocut print ‘Wangajazzaratta is part of the Jazz and Blues Interpreted exhibition at the Wangaratta Art Gallery. ‘Jazz Town’ and ‘Blues Town’ acrylic and ink paintings and ‘Our Town’ linocut print can be viewed at The Muse Gallery of Milawa.

Silk Cut Award Exhibition
Anita’s newest linocut print The Millewa-Karawinna was selected for the Silk Cut Award Finalist Exhibition at Glen Eira Council Gallery 6th -21st September. It depicts the wheat farming region of North West Victoria and is printed in black and white.

Artist In Residence
Anita and Bill Young were invited to The Art Vault in Mildura as artists in residence from 21st September – 8th October 2011. They spent the residency exploring the technique of etching with a saline/sulphate solution on aluminum.
